Fansipan, Biking to Muong Hoa Valley 3days-4nights – Sapa by train

Night 1: Ha Noi Station – Lao Cai Station
 
8.30pm: Be escorted to Ha Noi Station by EHG’s staff. Overnight on train
 
Day 1: Lao cai – Sa Pa – visit Fansipan Mountain by Cable Car (B/L):
 
6.00am: Arrive Lao Cai you will meet your local tour guide then drive uphill to Sa Pa. Check in to your hotel and enjoy breakfast
 
9.00am: You will take a car from Sa Pa to visit Fansipan, the highest peak of Indochina mountains. It normally takes people one or two days to reach the Peak of Fansipan Mountain on foot. However, you will take The three-rope cable car system which carry you from the bottom to the highest point of the mountain in 15-20 minutes. Fansipan cable car is kind of a modern three-wire cable in the world, the first time presence in Asia. Distance from the Muong Hoa Valley to the peak is 6,2km long, a total of 35 cabins, passing 6 main pillars, each pillar is away from each other 1 km.
 
From there, you can enjoy the scenery and magnificent views to Sapa and can admire views of Muong Hoa valley and Hoang Lien National Forest from above. Also beautiful landscape of Lai Chau province. Then, you will be transferred back to Sapa. Have lunch at the local restaurant.
 
In the afternoon, spend your free time to explore sapa town by yourself.

Day 2 : Sa Pa – Biking tour to Muong Hoa Valley (B/L)
 
Have breakfast at the hotel then start the biking tour at 9.00am – Free-wheeling 6km to Muong Hoa valley to visit the Black H’Mong people, then continue ride 3 km along a trail to Ta Van to meet the local Dzay people and enjoy the most beautiful valley in the North of Vietnam. Ride 16km of rocky road down the valley to Ban Ho. Stop at the home stay of your Tay people for lunch, then take a walk around the village to the Lave waterfall for a swim if weather permit. Then drive back up the valley to Sapa by car.

Day 3:Sa Pa – Suoi Ho – Ma Tra – Ta Phin – Herbal bath – Lao Cai – Ha Noi (B/L)
 
We leave Sa Pa town, trekking to Suoi Ho village to see tea plantations and cardamom gardens. Follow the buffalo trails to visit the hospitable villages of the Black Hmong minority people in Ma Tra. After passing a school and scenic views enroute, a picnic lunch will be served. After lunch we continue our trek to Ta Phin village to visit Red Dao people and handicraft shops. In the afternoon, take your time for a herbal bath. Red Dao people will boil a collection of fresh and dried plants and bark in a water filled giant wok, over a charcoal fire.
 
Then this water will be transferred to a wooden barrel tub and ready for you to come and soak your bones in the Dao traditional bath and wash away your aches, pains, worries and woes all at once in the privacy of a separate bathhouse. Afterward we will be picked up again by our private awaiting van and transferred to Lao Cai station to board the 9.10pm train back to Hanoi.
 
Day 4:
 
5.30am: Be picked up by EHG’s staff from Ha Noi Station to the hotel.
